Client Success Lead
James Stafford
James is an experienced event, project, and account director with over 15 years of experience. With a passion for bringing people together and events to life through immersive experiences, James has lent his expertise to local, national, and international events.
James spent seven years working for Red Bull where he held roles in Ireland, Australia and at the brand’s international headquarters in Austria. After leaving Red Bull, James worked with global tech conferences and festivals amassing experience in Ireland, New Orleans, Hong Kong, Lisbon, and Toronto including roles as General Manager for Web Summit Group’s Collison Conference and Festival Director at Elevate where he was responsible for the experience of 10,000 guests across 250+ venues, as well as festival logistics, security, and production.
In April 2019 James started a freelance event and partnerships agency, Conas Consulting, working with a range of global clients leading production on a number of large virtual events and overseeing production for a number of global clients.

Technology Lead
​Chris Bartholomew
After a decade of building a successful career in theatre—holding both creative and technical roles relating to sound and music—the COVID pandemic provided Chris with an opportunity to pause and pivot.
Leveraging his live-event experience in the theatre, Chris pivoted to focus his expertise on online and hybrid events. Through his experience, Chris often developed his own software tools and solutions for various projects and it’s this expertise combined with his event experience that has made him a sought-after production manager, providing a crucial link between client and technical services. Over the last two years, Chris has helped facilitate successful events for Allianz, Google, Kellogs, and Diaggio to name a few.
When Chris isn’t running events, you’ll find him walking his dog Daisy on the Northumberland coast.

Project Lead
Catherine Conaghan
Catherine is a professional/chartered engineer with over 13 years of technical project management experience. She has proven success in working remotely with globally dispersed teams to deliver outstanding projects and products across various areas, including sustainability, fintech, and events.
Catherine has worked with start-ups, SMEs, and multinationals in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia, and thrives in challenges where she can provide effective solutions for innovative organizations. She has led the creation of multiple event websites on various platforms, including integration of marketing functions, event ticketing, site content, live-streaming of events, data collection, and user tracking.
Outside of that, she spends most of her time keeping her toddler Ruby alive and happy and trying to attend gigs, plays, and musicals when she can.
